Ian Pack - Photography, Video Camera & Direction, Websites
Ian has been in the photography and visual media business since 1982. His experience is varied including corporate video production, marketing, web design and print management. He has run his own commercial photography and media business for the last 16 years. Ian was an early adopter of digital imaging and delivered his first image to a client on disk in 1993 - the image in question had been manipulated in Adobe Photoshop™ 2.5!
He has worked on projects with Allied Domecq, Marks and Spencer, NatWest Bank, The Sussex Innovation Centre, Jethro's Marinades and Electric Body Skin Care. These days Ian works primarily with SMEs solving their training, imaging and website marketing needs, working from his home office close to Brighton and from the large drive-in studio at Paul Noble Photographic in Burgess Hill. Ian also leads workshops and masterclasses for the major UK photographic retailer, Park Cameras.
Outside of work Ian enjoys walking on the South Downs, taming his garden, photography (it's not just work, it's a way of life!) and is also chairman of the conservation group Friends of Wolstonbury. He is a qualified BCTV Practical Conservation Task Leader & First Aider.

Steve Paton - Video Production, Editing & Workshops
Steve first started work in 1983 as an Assistant Film Editor to David Curran for SVC Television,Wardour Street, London, cutting commercials and corporate films. After 3 years David and Steve left SVC and started their own company, Steve started editing in his own right, again cutting Commercials with high profile accounts such as Masterfoods (Mars, Snickers, Twix and Uncle Ben’s), Philips and Western Union. Corporate Videos for Boots, Disney and Volkswagen. Television for ITV ‘year of Promise’, The European Film awards and an animation series for children ‘Slim Pig’.
After 4 successful years they branched out and went into production, this is when Steve became a production manager and edited their own productions. Their first project was for the Carlton Food and Carlton Cinema networks producing over
100 competition fillers Productions such as Galaxy commercials for China and a Corporate Video for Manestream who specialize in disposing of asbestos.
After working together for 17 years Steve and David went their separate ways in 2002 and now working freelance for corporate and independant clients including BT, Cisco Systems and Immodesty Blaise.

Ben Potter - Photography, Adobe Photoshop™, Image Retouching Master
Ben completed his photography education at Brighton in 2006 and soon became studio manager at Paul Noble Photographic in Burgess Hill where he is directly responsible for the day-to-running of the business and all the photographic retouching and post-production and image processing. He works closely with both Paul & Ian providing invaluable post-production skills and making sure everything runs smoothly.
