* Day (up to 8 hours) £750.00

* 1/2 day (up to 4 hours) £400.00

The above charges include one high-resolution image on CD/on-line. Additional images will be charged extra.

Preparation/planning - first 30 minutes free, thereafter £75.00 per hour or part thereof. Above rates include outward travelling time of 1/2 hour and return travel of 1/2 hour, in addition to time on site.

Time on site includes statutory breaks. Additional travelling time, travelling expenses, meals and overnight expenses will be charged extra, and agreed with the client prior to assignment commencing.


Digital Photography expenses

* Digital contact sheets - CyberProofs from £45.00 per assignment.

* Images supplied on CD/on-line, from £30.00, dependant on useage.

* Image retouching manipulation/Photoshop work from £75.00 per hour, minimum charge one hour.

* Artwork from £50.00 per hour, minimum charge 30 minutes.

* Hard/paper proofs or contact sheets from £10.00 per A4 page.

 

For the majority of assignments I can give you a fixed price, with no extras , unless your specification changes. My aim is to strike a balance between providing a professional service, whilst charging a reasonable rate.

For advertised packages, for example PR, if time over runs or more images are ordered, these will be charged extra. It helps before starting a job to advise the budget you are working to, thus ensuring that over-spends do not happen.

When calculating the rate for a particular assignment, the following factors will always be considered;

Time on location or in the studio

Meetings, reconnaissance trips

Travelling time and expenses, overnight expenses where applicable

Consumable materials & props

Specialist equipment

Insurances

Digital post-processing, previews, image files or f ilm & processing, prints etc

Digital post-production, scanning and image maipulation

Delivery, carriage, shipping
